- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer door-to-door delivery to over 220 countries and territories. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Middle East & Europe: 2-5 business days
- North America: 2–5 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 2–5 business days
- Rest of World: 3–6 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or exceptional circumstances.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Every order means the world to us. Because we’re a small business shipping internationally, if you're outside of the UAE your order will be subject to additional import duties or customs fees. We’re so grateful for your understanding and for choosing to support small.
- International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees as determined by your destination country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. They are the responsibility of the recipient.
- If duties and taxes are billed back to Vedére, we reserve the right to charge you for these costs.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Delivery Issues & Delays
- We provide full track-and-trace visibility.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, government restrictions, or events beyond our control (e.g., pandemics, extreme weather, strikes).
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
