Returns & Exchanges
At Vedére, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
You can request a return or exchange via your account for a refund (minus a flat €18 return fee). You can access your account by using the email linked to your order here: https://account.byvedere.com/
Our team will then process the return and provide a return shipping label. You can either drop your return at the nearest service point, or we can book a pick up for you.

Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- A refund will be issued minus a flat €18 return fee, which represents the approximate cost of return shipping.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Original shipping fees and taxes + duties are non-refundable.
Exclusions
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may be ineligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
In line with European consumer protection laws, EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
If you exercise this right:
- You must notify us within the 14-day period.
- You must return the goods using our Returns Portal.
- The refund will be issued minus the €18 return shipping fee, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and arrange a suitable solution, including a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
