About Vedére

Vedére was founded by two close friends, Isabella Delér and Rachael Blasina White.

For Rachael, the idea started with her own wedding in January 2024. Like so many brides, she believed she had to spend thousands on a wedding dress, only to realise later that the fabric and finish didn't come close to reflecting the price. She watched friend after friend go through the same thing, feeling pressured into buying something expensive simply because it was "bridal." With the rising cost of living, and with today's brides favouring sleek, modern silhouettes over big, full-skirted gowns, she saw a real gap: beautiful, genuinely bridal designs that don't cost thousands, especially for the celebrations around the big day, from engagement parties and rehearsal dinners to civil ceremonies and after-parties.

Isabella's moment came after her wedding in November 2024, when she eloped and struggled to find a neck scarf that was both affordable and matched her vision. Unable to find the right one, she took matters into her own hands and created her own. When she shared her wedding photos online, the scarf sparked so much attention that it confirmed what both friends already suspected: there was a real market for affordable, high-quality bridal pieces.

Together, these experiences led them to create Vedére, a brand offering beautifully crafted, timeless pieces that can be worn not only on your wedding day but for every special occasion around it. Their goal is to bring elegance and sophistication within reach of everyone, proving that luxury doesn't have to come with a hefty price tag.

The name "Vedére" is inspired by the Italian word for "to see" or "to look at," reflecting the Italian roots of both founders.

To them, it's not just about seeing something with your eyes, but truly observing and appreciating the details and moments that often go unnoticed. Whether it's the way a scarf drapes or the subtle elegance of a dress, Vedére encourages you to pause and take in the beauty around you, helping you cherish not just your wedding day, but every moment worth celebrating.
